We blast it in our stores, Kane dances along when no-ones looking, hell I even chose Thom over Tom when i was a little chap to be more like our favourite lazy-eyed frontman. We just came across this little summary of their years as a band and thought we'd share it with you.. just because we can! Some great live footage I've never come across in there too. Fingers crossed for a date or two in Aus for their King Of Limbs tour.

As of this coming Friday we are kicking of our '5 FRIDAYS' acoustic sessions.

The idea is that you swing into our Surry Hills shop straight after work on Friday,

we put a beer in your hand and you relax into your weekend listening to one of 5 great

acoustic acts. A different act every week for 5 weeks.

The gig starts at 5 and finishes at 7pm. Short and sweet.

For week one we have Jai from The Paper Scissors. Such a great band, and we are stoked to have him knock out some songs solo and acoustic.

Every Saturday at our Potts Point shop, from 12 - 3pm we have one of Sydney's finest bluesman, Roy Payne, pull up a wooden stool. Most people that stop to listen to his blues mastery can't help but ask , ' where the hell did you get that guitar!?'

Crafted out of old galvanized corrugated iron sheets, they possess an 'extraordinary attractiveness', not to mention how great they sound. Don Morrison is the Australian gent responsible for their creation. Brilliant stuff we think.

Good friends from Sydney and dj partner just released their first single on the Midnight Juggernauts-run label Siberia Records (in conjunction with Mother Sky Records). Siberia Records will have a party this friday at Good God with Erik Omen in Atlantis DJ set, the Juggernauts DJs, DJ Google Maps and Finger Blister. It's free!
